We’re a national charity helping to build a fulfilled life for everyone affected by spinal cord injury. For nearly 50 years we’ve empowered people with spinal cord injuries to rebuild their lives after injury.

And we’ve done it through practical help and support from our specially trained staff and volunteers. Now our community can access expert help at the click of a button via our website, while professionals can get the training they need to give the very best care.

Roughly 2,500 people each year sustain or acquire a spinal cord injury, and we’re currently undergoing a period of rapid development to create a network of support available to every spinal cord injured person in the UK. We’re set to become a true association of people and partners, working together to give people living with spinal cord injury the support they need and deserve.
