Safeguarding you and us

We take the welfare of our members, service users, staff, trustees, and volunteers very seriously. And that goes for everyone who receives or provides services.

Our policies and procedures cover a variety of safeguarding issues and all of our staff and trustees receive safeguarding training tailored to their roles within the charity.

If you need to raise a concern about someone’s welfare, please contact us and share the information as soon as you can.

How to contact us

There are lots of ways to contact us about a safeguarding issue. The sooner that you share the information with us, the more efficiently we can deal with the issue.

  • You can email us at [email protected]  Emails will be read during normal office hours and responded to as soon as possible after receipt.
  • If you’re in touch with a support coordinator, or any other member of staff, you can raise your concern with them directly.
