Annual leave

28 days annual leave plus bank holidays per year, increasing to 30 days after two years of service (pro-rated for part-time staff).

Every member of staff has a personal training and development budget, with further support available for CPD and professional qualifications where applicable.

Life assurance

We provide a group life assurance scheme, and a lump sum paid to a nominated beneficiary in the event of death in service.

Pension

We provide a group personal pension plan with 6% of employer contributions.
