Safeguarding
We take the welfare of our members, service users, staff, trustees, and volunteers very seriously. And that goes for everyone who receives or provides services.
Our policies and procedures cover a variety of safeguarding issues and all of our staff and trustees receive safeguarding training tailored to their roles within the charity.
If you need to raise a concern about someone’s welfare, please contact us and share the information as soon as you can.
How to contact us
There are lots of ways to contact us about a safeguarding issue. The sooner that you share the information with us, the more efficiently we can deal with the issue.
- You can call us on 0800 980 0501 (our safeguarding co-leads are are Dan Burden (head of services) and Dave Bracher (head of people and operations).
- You can email us at [email protected] and [email protected] Please put SAFEGUARDING in the email subject line. Emails will be read during normal office hours and responded to as soon as possible after receipt.
- If you’re in touch with a support coordinator, or any other member of staff, you can raise your concern with them directly.
