Have your say and make a difference - our What matters? survey 2023
THIS SURVEY HAS NOW CLOSED – MANY THANKS TO ALL THOSE WHO HAVE TAKEN PART AND SHARED WHAT MATTERS TO THEM
Tell us what matters to you. Our survey should take you no more than 20 minutes to complete but could make a real difference!
Our annual ‘What Matters?’ survey provides us with invaluable information about issues specifically related to SCI people, their families and those working in the sector. Your responses help direct our work at SIA – from what campaign programmes we run to the kind of services we offer, allowing us to make changes when and where they are needed.
Thanks to your feedback over the past two years:
- our campaigns team helped compel government to change their migration status for overseas carers.
- we expanded our vital mental health work.
- scaled up specialist clinical support to a regionally based team of nurses and OTs.
- our forthcoming bowel care campaign was inspired directly from over 70% of you listing it as a top priority.
This year we’re relying on your help once more. We need your knowledge and experience to help form the heart of our campaigns, to better understand the types of specialists and partners you want to be connected with and to build a longer-term vision for our sector.
So, tell us! What should we be expanding? What should we be fighting for on your behalf? Your stories are at the centre of what we do, and your responses will help shape the service we provide.
Thank you again and feel free to share with anyone affected by spinal cord injury (other SCI people, family and carers).
