Launching our new trusted care partnership

We’re pleased to announce that we’re growing our network of partners, and welcoming six new care companies as trusted care partners.

The partnerships team have recently completed a comprehensive review into how we partner with organisations in the care sector, and have developed a new model for how we’ll be working with the sector going forwards. We’ve thought about what our members are looking for from a care provider, what’s happening across the sectors and the pressures they are facing, and how we can ensure that we are partnering with the right companies.

We couldn’t do this alone – throughout the process we’ve involved colleagues from across our services including our clinical specialists, advocacy team, and support network teams, drawing on their experience and specialist knowledge. This helped us to develop a rigorous selection process -making sure we’re asking the right questions and looking for the right things.

Through this process we’ve found six fantastic care providers, all of whom are dedicated to providing excellent care for people with spinal cord injury to lived fulfilled lives.

Our ultimate goal with our trusted care partnerships is to have care partners across all of England, Wales and Northern Ireland who can offer the type of care our members need. From live-in to domiciliary, respite and everything in between. Therefore we’ve partnered with national and regional companies. These are:
