Welcome to the network

We’re thrilled to announce that our network of support for spinal cord injured (SCI) people continues to flourish, helping us to fulfil our main aim, giving every SCI person access to the support they need for all aspects of their mind, body, and life.

This August sees the launch of two excellent additions to our business membership scheme.

Both companies share our passion, enthusiasm, and vision for a fulfilled life for everyone affected by spinal cord injury, and they have pledged their support for our work by joining a growing network of organisations providing services for SCI people, their families, friends, and healthcare professionals.

We recognise how daunting it can be to find the right services to meet your needs, and we believe that every SCI person deserves to have access to the support they require. That’s why we work hard to ensure that our business members – complimentary to our regional trusted partners – are experts in their field, and are fully committed to our ethos.

An association for all

At the heart of our ‘association for all’ model is our commitment to collaboration for the benefit of everyone affected by SCI. Working together, we draw on expertise, create awareness, improve influence, and coordinate support services for the whole SCI community.

Our business members are an integral part of the association, and in addition to their financial contribution, they lend their specialist skill and expertise, which underpins our services, and raises the voice of SIA and everyone we represent.

Many of our business members are long term supporters of SIA, and have been working with the SCI community for many years; it’s wonderful to have their ongoing support through their continued membership, and we are grateful of the opportunity to further our collaboration with organisations which share our ethos and values.

Launching this month
