This one-of-a kind event brings together the SCI community to network, learn and work towards our shared goals.

Hosted over two days the event will include lunch, educational sessions, evening reception and a networking breakfast.

Delegate price: £175 +VAT

This year we are pleased to offer a reduced delegate ticket price for NHS healthcare professionals, charities and SIA members of £80 +VAT.

The aim of the Rebuilding Lives Conference is to bring together the SCI community. It will give people the chance to learn more about the devastating impact of spinal cord injury (SCI) and how charities such as us support people with spinal cord injury,  post-injury.

Spread over two days, the Rebuilding Lives Conference will feature seminars with talks from our staff and leading industry experts. This will be followed by a fantastic evening starting with the Rebuilding lives awards then drinks and dancing  – aiming to capture the excitement of our black-tie events, without the formality.  See below for more info.

• Networking lunch and exhibition
• Seminar block 1 – Unconscious bias and spinal cord injury care OR Rehabilitation technology myth-busting: how to make the right choice
• Seminar block 2 – Living with care: from assessment to family life OR Women’s health and spinal cord injury
• Interactive panel discussion: Should there be a call for a national spinal cord injury strategy and what needs to be in place to make it happen?
• Rebuilding Lives Awards
• Evening reception: including food and live entertainment

Exhibition stands

Exhibition stands are available at £500 plus VAT.  This includes a table, tablecloth and two chairs plus one ticket entry to the conference on the day.

By rail

The venue is 4 miles from Milton Keynes Central railway station

By road

The stadium is 7 minutes from Junction 13 of the M1, and 10 minutes from Junction 14. Follow the brown road signs for Stadium MK when using the A5 or A421 (H8 Standing Way). Milton Keynes is built on a grid system of H Roads (horizontal) and V roads (vertical), we are between V6 Grafton Street and V7 Saxon Street.

Parking

There are 1,450 parking spaces around Stadium MK, so there are plenty to choose from. Paid parking tariffs apply while parking onsite at Stadium MK. We have special rates set up £5.00 for 12 hours, £8.00 for 24 hours and £12.00 for 36 hours.

Rebuilding Lives Awards 2025 – nominations opening soon

This year we will be bringing back our hugely popular Spinal Injuries Association Rebuilding Lives Awards. These awards recognise the outstanding achievements of individuals and groups in the spinal cord injured community, who inspire others through their work or hobbies or during their rehabilitation. Awards will be presented during the Conference.
