Our local community groups are a great way of connecting to other people with SCI, their friends and families and they offer regular opportunities to socialise.

Meet Your Host – Jack Mannings
Hi I’m Jack Mannings, and I am your support coordinator. I sustained a complete C5 spinal cord injury following a road traffic accident, which has affected my mobility and sensation from the shoulders down. I’ve been living with tetraplegia and as a wheelchair user since 2015.
